To set up computer and language training labs in the educational institutions of the country: -
Objectives and objectives

Establishment of specialized computer labs in the educational institutions of all the districts of the country to expedite computer education, create employment opportunities, competence and accelerate linguistic skills.
Internet connection to selected institutions to set up local cyber centers.
Provide state-of-the-art facilities for computer use to motivate and inspire learning using multimedia in SSC and HSC level.
To develop language-based language education opportunities by establishing labs to accelerate language-based, spinning, outsourcing and other skills.
Activities:

Establishment of computer lab in 2,000 educational institutions in every district of the country.
Create language training opportunities by supplying language training software to 64 upazilas in each district.
To train 1,000 teachers in 09 languages ​​(English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic and Chinese).
Turn on Internet connectivity in each lab.
Result / Progress:

This will increase the scope of ICT education at SSC and HSC level and the advanced computer and language learning labs with 2000 well-equipped and high-quality internet facilities will be considered as ICT infrastructure.
In addition to taking important training in grassroots level computer graphics and animation, 09 different languages ​​will provide opportunities for learning.
As a result of foreign language education, the fields of freelancing and overseas employment will increase.
In the country, the language training institute (Dhaka University) language trainers will impart training to 1000 teachers of selected educational institutions.
Trained teachers will train students and other teachers as master trainers.
Students of SSC and HSC passed computer labs will be able to engage themselves in income generating activities through computer usage.
Computerized manpower will be created in sufficient quantity throughout the country.
In the case of freelancing and outsourcing, existing language inefficient interference will be reduced.
Young people in the international language can enrich the freelancing and outsourcing market.
The "national ICT policy-2009" has been approved by the government, and the project acquisition is directly linked to the strategic content of National ICT Policy-2009.
